  1. Thanks Aprille and Robert for this podcast. I agree so much focus is now on social media for business but what is needed is what to do or say when you are standing in front of a customer.

  2. Hey Joanne, thanks for the comment. You’re right. A laser focus on social media can create problems for small businesses like us. We need to see it as one tool (albeit an important one) in our whole marketing and sales cycle.
